Dynamic Replanning & Resilience
What happens when reality doesn't match the happy path
If the primary supplier agent rejects the PO for capacity reasons, the planner replans just that node — routing to the secondary supplier — while the inventory check, forecast, and approval already completed stay valid.
If forecast data is stale or unavailable, the planner flags the node rather than guessing a reorder quantity, and routes to a human for confirmation before the PO is cut.
